FORMAT
- 16 Players 8 Ball Knockout (Individual)
- Best of 3
RULES
Racking:
The 15 object balls are racked in a triangle with the 8-ball in the center, and the other balls in any order.
- Breaking: The break shot must meet certain requirements: at least four object balls must hit the rail or an object ball must be pocketed.
- Determining Winner: The first player to pocket all their assigned balls (solids or stripes) and then legally pocket the 8-ball wins.
- Fouls: Fouls can include scratching (pocketing the cue ball), scratching on the break, or other infractions like double-hitting the cue ball.
- Ball-in-hand: If a player fouls, the opponent receives ball-in-hand, meaning they can place the cue ball anywhere on the table.
- Marking the Pocket : Players need to “mark” the pocket they intend to sink the 8-ball into.
